Le National Tender Board lance un Avis d’Appel
d’Offres pour l’Acquisition de Matériel Informatique : Fourniture,
Installation et Formation destinés au Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de
Kigali financés par la Coopération Technique Belge (CTB). Le marché à conclure
est constitué de deux (2) lots comme suit :
Lot 1 : Stations de travail ,périphériques, et
les services connexes
Lot 2 : L’extension du réseau local, la
configuration du serveur, la protection d’accès au réseau externe
et
services connexes
Les soumissionnaires sont libres de soumettre leurs
offres pour un ou deux lots.
Toutefois, le lot constitue un tout indivisible .
La
participation à la concurrence est ouverte à égalité de conditions à toutes les
personnes physiques ou sociétés spécialisées dans le domaine. Les sociétés de
droit rwandais doivent être immatriculées au Registre de commerce du Rwanda.
Les
soumissionnaires intéressés à concourir peuvent obtenir des informations
supplémentaires et examiner les dossiers d'appels d'offres au Secrétariat du
National Tender Board B.P 4276 Kigali, Tél : 501403/04/05 Fax : 501402 Kigali République
Rwandaise, à partir du 14/02/2006 sur
présentation d’un bordereau de versement de 50 000 FRW non remboursables pour
les sociétés locales au compte N° 120.00.61 intitulé “NTB Produits Ventes diverses” ouvert à la Banque Nationale du
Rwanda BP. 531 Kigali, tél: (250) 574282, fax: (250) 572551, et les sociétés
étrangères payeront l’équivalent de 100 US $ au compte mentionné ci- dessus.
Les
Offres bien dactylographiées, reliées convenablement et présentées en quatre
exemplaires dont l'original et trois copies, sous peine d'être rejetées doivent
être remises sous plis scellés à Monsieur le Secrétaire Exécutif du National
Tender Board au plus tard le 31/03/2006 à 9h30’.
Les
exemplaires seront glissés dans une enveloppe dite “enveloppe intérieure”
portant le nom et l’adresse de la société. Cette dernière sera glissée dans une
autre enveloppe dite “enveloppe extérieure”, portant outre le numéro de référence
de l’Appel d’Offres, la mention suivante :

L’offre doit être accompagnée
d’une garantie de soumission de 2 % du montant total du marché et valable
pendant 120 jours à partir de la date d’ouverture, elle doit être émise par une
banque ou une société d’assurance agréée par l’administration.
L'ouverture des Offres aura
lieu le même jour à 10 : 00 heures, heure locale et (8:00GMT) temps universel
dans la Salle de réunions du National Tender Board en séance publique.
N.B.
Tous les renseignements concernant l’attribution du marché y compris les procès
– verbaux des réunions du Conseil d’Administration du National Tender Board y
relatif seront disponibles sur demande au NTB.
Les mêmes renseignements pourront être consultés aux tableaux

TENDER NOTICE N°014/F/2006-I/CHUK/NTB
TITLE : ACQUISITION
OF ICT EQUIPMENT : SUPPLY , INSTALLATION AND TRAINING
SOURCE
OF FUNDING : BELGIAN TECHNICAL COOPERATION
The National Tender Board invites tenders for
the requirements of ICT Goods,
installation and training to Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Kigali financed
by the BelgiumTechnical Cooperation (BCT). The Tender is comprised of
two lots as follows:
2. The extension of local network, server
configuration, protection of external network and related services
The tender document will be
obtained from the National Tender Board on 14/02/2006, upon payment
of a non refundable fee of 50,000 Rwanda Francs for local firms paid to the Account
N° 120.00.61 labeled “NTB Produits Ventes diverses” opened at the National Bank
of Rwanda BP. 531 Kigali, Tél: (250) 574282, fax: (250) 572551 and an amount
equal to 100 US Dollars paid to the above-mentioned account by foreign firms.
The National Tender Board will send the tender document to bidders residing
abroad after having received the proof for payment of the amount mentioned
above.
Any information regarding this tender will be obtained from the National
Tender Board BP 4276, Tel: 501403/04/05/06, Fax: 501402 Kigali- Republic of
Rwanda
Well printed bids, properly
bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must reach the
Executive Secretary of the National Tender Board in sealed envelopes not later
than Friday 31/03/2006 at 9:30 hours prompt local time (7:30 GMT), at the
address mentioned above and they must be accompanied by a bank guarantee worth
2% of the total bid price and should be valid for 120 calendar days from the
date of bid opening.
Poorly presented bids will be
rejected.

notice boards outside the National Tender Board offices and on its website www.ntb.gov.rw
